When booking a service with me, you agree to follow those policies

I value your business! And your corporation is appreciated.

I make a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other ​requests once you have made the appointment. when you book an appointment, that time ​is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent me from other clients.

Getting called in to work last minute, a family emergency, got sick , or "something came ​up" may result in the cancellation fee being charged. I understand that things happen,

But I need to ensure that I'm still compensated for the time dedicated specifically to you.

with every policies there’s usually no exception

I am self employed and have set my cancellation terms to protect my business,

as last minute cancels can be very hard to fill. Which is why I always ask for 24hours notice.

• Cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24hours notice - Full refund
• Cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24hours notice - 50% of full rate will be charged
• If you need to change the start time of an appointment (same day) within my availability : No Fee

No Good.

If you do not show up for your appointment and have not canceled or rescheduled in ​accordance with our policy, the full payment will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

If you are using Gift Certificate, then the gift certificate will be considered used for the ​date of service.

Depending on my schedule.

if you are late your treatment may be shortened.

And Full payment will be required for the original time booked.

please be sure to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and use the restroom.

My Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only.

There is absolutely, NO SEXUAL component to massage whatsoever.

Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate ​termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future.

You will be charged the full fee regardless of the length of your session.

Depending on the behavior exhibited I may also file a police report if necessary.

Your appointment will be confirmed only after the full payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation text message with the details of your booking.

Refund

Refunds will be processed through PayPal and may take up to 2 business days to appear in ​your account. In the event of a cancellation by Massage By Rie, you will be offered the ​choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule your appointment at your convenience.
